Mohammad

Ahmad raised the funds needed through appealing over Twitter then accompanied baby Mohammad in an ambulance to take him to the hospital in Sanaa for the operation needed, and also provided the parents with the funds they needed to stop with their son.

Sadly, despite everyone’s best efforts, Mohammed developed an infection on the brain and could not be saved. Ahmad assisted Mohammad’s father at the funeral. This was really sad, but the family was grateful that we had at least tried to save his life, and Ahmad remained determined that even though we could not save Mohammad, we would go on to save other children.

Ahmad started working again the very next day to raise the funds needed to help save another very poorly child, a little girl called Batul.
